Lauren Bordon’s passion for languages and international business has shaped every step of her career. With a BA (Hons) in Interpreting and Translation from the University of Salford, she took a strategic approach to building a profession that combined linguistic expertise, executive support, and global business acumen.
Living and working in France and Spain, she became fully fluent in French and Spanish, immersing herself in the business mindset, culture, and international way of working. Her career accelerated when she was offered a high-profile role at INTERPOL and the National Crime Agency (NCA), translating highly confidential documents for over five years.
Building on this experience, she transitioned into the world of high-level executive support, dedicating several years in Mayfair and London working as a trusted bilingual EA for HNWIs and CEOs. Her deep understanding of international business, discretion, and problem-solving became the foundation for her highly sought-after expertise.
As she advanced in her career, Lauren recognised the unique value she brought to the executive support industry, combining multilingual fluency, cultural intelligence, and high-level operational strategy. Understanding her strengths and ability to transform executive efficiency, she made the deliberate decision to niche down into multilingual executive support for global CEOs and HNWIs.

Rachael is a highly experienced Executive Assistant with over 18 years of experience operating at CEO and HNWI Level. Rachael previously spent 14 years working as an in-house EA in London for one of the world’s leading Hedge Funds supporting the CEO and senior level partners. Rachael specialises in business and personal lifestyle support including international travel, property management, events management & international liaison.
English mother tongue, fluent in French.

Stephanie
Joined Your Trilingual Support in 2025
Stephanie has over 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-Suite Executives across a variety of sectors such as Property and PR.
In recent years Stephanie has also added Project Management to her skillset, having helped to drive a variety of successful projects for clients & has also completed the PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
